After having brought down the Capeli family we move on to the Warlords preventing them from stealing a nuclear weapon from the US military (I still don't understand why the military needs the police to help transport a nuke!). However we end up killing the Warlord's lieutenant leading to the General attempting to getting revenge by planting a bomb on a bus forcing us to drive it at a specific speed, sounds like the plot to a movie!
