Unreleased Super Sprint knockoff running on the Bally-Sente SAC hardware. It's not terrible, it tries a new idea of letting 1st place in a race steal car upgrades from last place (thus furthering the divide between the rich and the poor??). But there's not really too much else going on, and I wish there were more courses in "city" stages instead of boring tracks. Apparently they had grander plans for this but the game went unreleased.
