My final Build of the now ended ritual league. An attempt to right the past wrongs of my first attempt at a fulcrum build.

Build Explanation:
We use fulcrum to reflect applied ailments back to ourselves. Mitigating the negative effects of those ailments through elevated boots and jewel implicits. We go inquisitor to push the cast speed of our PF to absurd amounts. that's it. that's the whole build.

For anyone curious, this isn't a starter build, as it requires too many uniques and specific crafts to function.
