An OoB in a Puyo Puyo game? Not something you see everyday ...
It turns out there is a hole on the bridge , the spot is quite difficult to get.
It's possible that the game has more of these , unfortunately that one is pretty much useless , it allows you to reach the World Map very slightly earlier but there is no point to this.
You can also extend the OoB exploration by saving and quitting , but it's useless as well from a speedrunning standpoint.
