40:00 : Walking on that fence allows you to skip a cutscene / dialogue trigger.
It's a very small but also very risky time saver since there is a chance of softlocking , not worth going for in a run but it's a thing!
I am very surprised everything loads in afterward.
0:27 : Falling out of bounds.
0:52 : Just some exploration in places I shouldn't be.
Unfortunately I couldn't find anything useful out of it , re-entering the area will play the cutscene for a second time and place me back in bounds.
