It might seem impossible at first (because Puff-shroom is a potential attacking plant even when not awoken), however on mobile it's very easy thanks to the mallets (I'll probably be referring to them quite a bit in all Survival levels on mobile). This is also a no sun-producing plants challenge, but you really don't need any Sunflowers. The main part of the setup are Garlics and Wall-Nuts preferably being planted as close to the house as possible. Tall-Nut was used to stall zombies even if they ravage the Wall-Nuts, which is unlikely. Magnet-shroom was used to make zombies weaker let me kill them slightly faster. Magnet-shroom is not an attacking plant because it cannot kill any zombie - the most it can do is make the zombie weaker by "killing" their metallic stuff and keeping the actual zombie not dead.
