After a lot of research regarding quadcopter testing stands, I found that everyone just builds their own... or doesn't at all! That's pretty brave for people who build them then just go straight to live, un-restricted flight!

Here, I have used bungee cords with hooks to connect to the quad. At the base, I have connected to a pulley system with weights, and at the ceiling I have mounted a hook/bracket to attach the bungee cords to.

Aside from some calibration settings, this first test actually went quite well and should serve as a great development spot for me.
