QuadQuake is a mod for Quake which allows you to choose between 4 different characters, each with their own unique playstyle, controlled from a 3rd person perspective.

QuadQuake can be downloaded here - ftp://ftp.fu-berlin.de/pc/games/idgames2/partial_conversions/quadquak.zip

Though not required to run the mod, I'm playing QuadQuake with the QuakeSpasm sourceport. Download the latest version here - http://quakespasm.sourceforge.net/

And, of course, you'll need a copy of Quake to run QuadQuake. Quake is available on GoG and Steam:
