Here is something I wanted to do for a long time but now that I have a great PC, I can upload PC game footage at high quality.

So, Quake 4 with only the blaster seems doable. I'm trying it on normal since higher difficulties will make enemies more bullet spongier and that can get tedious for both me and you, the audience.

The game has not been modded with the exception of making use of the quake 4 tweaker which I use to force the highest graphical settings, set corpses to never disappear and set the frame rate above 60 fps.

If you want me to attempt any other challenges let me know. Not just for this game, other games work too.
