SMP is multi-thread processing support
the libSDL converts SDL1.2 to SDL2.x calls, console didnt work with ctrl+alt+~
without this patch, mouse movement in game is limited by the desktop area... basically unplayable

Quake2DOS -- im sure its good, just never got around to using it; uses yamagi source port
Quake Live -- i played the free browser version in FireFox in 2011 - 2013, i do not own it on steam. i was also very active when Quake3 was popular with new mods and online players. ive played possibly more hours of Q3 than any other game.
Quake Champions - no comment
Enemy Territory: Quake Wars - i own the cd and have it installed on windows XP on a different computer. i dont have access to the cd currently. there is a linux port avail but apparently the official online servers are dead 2020.
QCDE QC: Doom Edition -- if you know, its a quake mod for gzdoom. highly popular and has great multiplayer support to pretend like youre in quake 3 while playing doom!
