Improved Robert Axelsson's nearly-6-years-old demo.

I think not many people realize how good Robert is. I'm not talking
about this particular demo (although it was very hard to beat!), but
all his demos. He always did the hard runs, and made them look easy.
I remember he had e2m5 NR and e3m4 NR I think.. and he was skilled,
once holding e1m4 Eh and e1m2 NH I believe. He was very good even in
the year 2000. I just noticed that his last submitted demo to SDA
was in late 2004.. that's a shame. I hope he comes back. :-)

Anyways, about this demo: luck is required. The fiend boost is sometimes
hard to get... but the most luck is needed after the "elevator", where
the two fiends block you almost always. I was doing a 3rd RJ after
taking the RL, just at the exit, pushing me towards it, but I noticed
I had little health.

Must've taken over 1.5 hours total, on a very simple route.. that's
a lot. I got _MANY_ 22's. I guess :20 is doable with this route, as I
got some very low 22's even without the fiend push. (The ogre after YA
can push you if go by near him, I could maintain speed all the way to
the button with that.. but realized that stopping for the fiend push
is faster). I think Robert was faster after the "elevator" (or is it a
wind tunnel? Coz it's not a tunnel.. maybe I should call it "wind
elevator", heh), so maybe some insane runner can attempt to get :20.

BTW, I've always wanted to say this, and this is the proper place, since
it's a demo on this map: I kinda sucked in 2000 and had the EH at 1:41,
and Nolan owned me by 20 secs. That Nolan-2000 demo is still good :)
I just watched it and didn't think I could beat it easily at all.. and
he barely makes demos anymore, heh.. I once told Optic through ICQ that
I'd try that, and he said "but that's a good demo, foo!", I'll never
forget that, heh, and this was many years ago. NOBODY BEAT THAT EH
ON THIS MAP, OK!? Or you'll be messing with ME as well! :P
