*finally*

This is one dirty old bastard of a run, i can tell you that. You don't wonna know how many times i had
to try before getting this result. Madness on a stick! Completely mental.

I recorded a 2:30 previously, but i wasn't happy with the demo. I don't know how the hell i did it, but
i managed to make a dull, boring demo on this run, which is quite a thing to do. So i was dissapointed
in a way, and decided to try some more to get a better time/demo. It wouldn't work out... It just wouldn't.
I've been trying for so long, and it just wouldn't come. So i decided to give up, and just stick with the
dull, boring 2:30 demo, and maybe try again some other rainy day. That was yesterday. Well guess what, i
live in Belgium, and we're not exactly known for our Palm tree beaches and sunny weather, so i didn't have to
wait long to give it another go. And after some time, i slowly started to get nice times, and finally managed
to get a second, better looking 2:30 demo. But then i felt like, if i played just a little longer, i might
even get a better time ( but then again, i've been having that feeling for like 3 days in a row... ). And
indeed, a miracle occured, and i got this, quite exciting i believe, 2:25. Now i'm convinced i've wasted
enough of my life on this run.

This is one horrifying and frustrating run. 5 times out of 10 you don't even get to the first bars. And if
you do, then you'll probably make a wrong move and fall into the void, or run out of ammo at the most
crucial of moments. And if it's not that, then you can bet your house and everything you own that there'll
still be some knight or fiend wandering around somewhere on that lowest level ( 'cause those fiends really
love jumping downstairs when they are not supposed to ), just when you were about to get that killer time. Anyway,
i think my biggest improvement over the previous NH runs on this map, is that i actually managed to come up
with some sort of route, as to create some order in all this chaos. Sure enough, there's still some serious
randomness involved, but i think i managed to minimize it as much as possible, as well as making optimal
advantage of all the armor and health in this level. I'm quite proud of it, actually ;)

But hey, if one day you feel like spending all that luck and courage you've been saving up for winning at
the lotterie or asking that amazing cutie you've been dreaming about for years, even if she's your friends
sister, out for a date ( am i giving something away here? ), on this run, i'm positive that using this route,
at least 2:20 should be possible...

Maybe on some next very rainy day...

... seemed kinda funny considering this map.

PS: i got intruiged by Remaic Studio 2, and decided to give it a try, so included, you'll also find a recam
i did. Pretty cheap, i know, but hey, i just watched Die Hard 4.0 yesterday ( and loved it! ), which may explain
some of the weird camera movements :)
