I couldnt get the DK to throw fire for a long time,
until I discovered that the Death Knights doesn't like
it if you jump =)

I get a better boost in this run than in my er, but I
play the spike trap badly. In retrospect I can say that
I was very lucky with the spiketrap in my ER.

Could go faster I guess, but be prepared to spend some
time on it. The DK in the slope also misbehaves
sometimes and block you, or throw fire.
