Made by Zigi as well as the previous level that was inspired by the level ''The Sewage System''. This level is inspired by ''The Tower of Despair''. With geometry, it feels like they remodel this level to be challenging.

When you first start this level, you'll be greeted by a Grunt, then Enforcer coming from the rear and then you'll encounter Knights in which you'll encounter as your first enemy in E4M2. Watch out for nail traps that shoot from the walls! And be ready to face up against a Spawn pit in which has a similar trap from ''The Pain Maze'' (04:20). The rest continues to be like the The Tower of Despair, use your Grenade Launcher to activate the switch that release the bars in a short time (10:08), this secret should get you a Ring of Shadows. This level will catch you off guard if you're not careful, and it's only a second level too.
