Another level by zigi. This one feels kind of an "Azure Agony" at least around 00:32. The water defy all physics and there are ceiling spike traps that'll attempt to crush you! After gathering both silver and gold keys, it feels like this level is hiding something; and it's a secret level. There're 4 red switches to shoot in order to reveal a secret level, here's how to find them.

Note: the first 100 health pack 05:40 will get destroy if you don't follow the candle path and a fiend will drop right from above the water ceiling. Remember to go nuts with the Quad Damage and keep your distance while killing Spawns. Use quick saves if you find yourself in a pickle. (Those rotfish are aggressive underwater, axing them does work, but you take damage from their bite)
