Beautiful level design, interesting events. The gameplay on second map made me feel stress, especially when the stroggs attacked from behind at 2:28, so really good with environments and monster placement. Too bad that video cannot transmit emotions.
Why not use a patch mesh or texturing with middle mouse button at 2:10?
For years we're waiting to find out what are Kane's new orders, but the game's continuation is still wasn't even announced. So it's not a surprise that some can't take the fire of curiosity and create their own versions of events.
From the first seconds it's noticeable that this work is very serious. We see a beautiful screenshot during the loading, and then there's the mission briefing. The story starts in the best tradidions of spying, like in the game Wolfenstein. We need to enter the enemy base and find a napalm gun, but our cover is blown immediately after arrival and the battle begins.
The design is very beautiful, although some rooms are almost identical, but the author is very busy, so it can be forgiven. Architecture is very complex and inspiring.
Monster placement is excellent as well. At first the local guards try to defeat us by themselves, later there are serious enemies - elite tactical stroggs and tank miniboss, meeting him is realised with a cutscene (7:56), but this cutscene lacks for spectacular camera movement.
This mappack leaves a pleasant impression. Unfortunalely, the last level is not out yet, so we won't get to the Napalm Gun. The project is frozen now. We can only hope that someday the author will return to it and finish.
