Quest Glitch – Unable to Progress Main Quest (Chapter 5)

I recently started playing Throne and Liberty and I'm absolutely loving it so far! I’m currently at level 30 and genuinely considering investing more time (and possibly money) into the game because it’s exactly what an MMO should look and feel like—immersive and polished.
However, I’ve run into a serious issue that’s preventing me from progressing in the main questline:
A few days ago, I received the bonus Codex quest titled "Resistance Soldier With a Badge". Around the same time, I noticed that the NPC Jun from the quest "From the Day Comes" isn’t appearing at the designated location.
At the time, I didn’t complete that quest and decided to save it for later. But now that I’m on Chapter 5 of the main story, the quest is telling me to visit the Clinic. When I open the door, I believe both quests may be overlapping or glitching—some characters tied to the main quest aren’t showing up, and I’m unable to interact with any dialogue or progress further.
I’m currently stuck, unable to move forward in the main story or complete other related quests because of this.
Could you please help me resolve this issue or provide any workaround? I really want to continue enjoying the game and would appreciate any assistance you can provide. I'm playing the game throw steam.
