This is a very interest question on how to learn computer programming while you are working or how to become a software programmer.
I will say start with JavaScript programming rather than C programming which is hard for newbie.
So first you need to find 4 hours a day in your busy time even if you are working full time which is not a excuse at all for not learning programming code. So I will say start with free code camp:

Spend Hour 1 in watch programming videos.
Spend Hour 2 in reseaching the code.
Spend Hour 3 in coding and programming websites.
Spend Hour 4 in debugging the code and correcting you programming mistakes.
At the end if you work hard in learning how to code than success is yours if not than I will say coding is not for you.
