Quick and Crash - Standard Game
43Quick & Crash is an arcade game from 1999 where you shot real targets.
On the PS2 release of Time Crisis 2, there is a simulation of Quick & Crash, with some extra modes.

On the Standard Game mode: You shoot a series of targets, and then you shoot the cup at the end, sadly the cup isn't real on the PS2 version.
Chain Hit: You have to shoot every target without missing, one miss and it is Game Over.
One Shot: You get 3 chances to shoot a target as fast as possible, the 3rd target is always the cup in the middle of the screen.
10 Seconds: You get 10 seconds to shoot as many targets in the time, the time briefly stops after you shoot a target.
