During one of your many missions to preserve democracy, you'll suddenly realize that your stratagems might be jammed. This is basically a recipe for disaster as they are your means to request reinforcements and unleash the heavy guns on your enemies. So, what do you do to unjam your stratagems? It's a little bit annoying, but very simple: look around the area for a building like this. This is the jammer. Now go to the terminal and follow the directions on the screen to turn it off. And that's it. If you have enough firepower you can wipe it from the map for some extra XP and Requisitions, but you're good to go to continue fighting for democracy.
