This glitch is done with the green film and one upgrade of speed of your camera.

For this one, it's a little more difficult, but not so hard.
When you have the control of Miku, instantly move to the ghost, and when you standing approximatively where i am on the vid, take your camera. The ghost should appear in front of you (sometimes he's not appear at this place, but it's fine you still can try the glitch).
At this point, take a shot when you're close enough for activating the glitch just after, (if you're too close however the glitch don't work, because he's start attacking you before your first shot), and take 2 shots full charge whthout waiting. Being close to the ghost help for charge your camera faster.
If all your shots are in the head, you should kill him instantly. If not, no worries, you can take an extra shot just after his animation. The glitch is reactivated, i don't know why.
