For this one, doing the glitch is pretty simple : you just have to move towards him, take a shot just after 3 charges of the camera, continue to moving forward a little (for activating the glitch), and take a shot when the Zero shot (the red circle) is possible.
Make sure you're hitting the head hitbox with each photo, (20 extra damage on each photo), for two shot him. If you're not confident on the 2nd shot, take a shot full charge. For that, move backward a little for not being attacked.

It's possible sometimes the ghost move instantly in the beginning of the fight. If that happens, the setup is fucked up, so, do watever you want for kill him.
