This is the intro video from "Quiz Quest", published in 1997 by Expert Software, and apparently a re-release of a game called "Mind Grind" by Microforum. There is not much about this game on the Web, except for a review that LGR did in 2015. The game is pretty awful, but the videos are cheesy in a crazy sort of way, and worth watching once to get some understanding of what the game is like.

I do not hold the copyright to the original videos and am not sure who does at this point.
