Finally the Third Point AMD Had Made is the They Had Complete re-write of the GPUs Power Management Micro Architecture
Which Mean the When Gaming on R9 390x and R9 390 it Will Consume Less Power than R9 290x and R9 290.
For the First Point of 8GB vs 4GB VRAM, You Already Buy the R9 290x with 8GB VRAM Graphic Card for More than Year So I Will Say AMD is Jsut Trying to Save its Face.
