This is a good flask to have if you want to be able to clean the inside of your flask as the whole thing can be deconstructed to clean off each piece. If you put it together correctly, it has a nice suction and can be leak-free. This is also BPA free plastic so no need to worry about steel. The spout is also nice because it looks huge but will not come out as a huge waterfall. It is a bit bulkier than the traditional steel flasks, but just check if the measurements will suit your needs. Overall, a great buy
