Black people must begin to understand how to decode racism in the
superfine stage. The first and most basic understanding is that modern racism is hidden in plain sight and is nothing short of a continuous campaign that has the effect of racial warfare implemented in broad daylight for all to see. How is racism hidden in plain sight? What is meant by the term "in plain sight"? It means that racism is in full view, and everyone sees it and some even acknowledge it, but very few know or understand what to do about it or how to decode it when they see it.

Many have been mentally conditioned to look the other way or to incorrectly interpret what they see as something other than racism. Their mindset has been trained not to see the reality that is placed in full view. This is an old magician's trick. Words, symbols, images and colors have effectively retrained the mind so that reality has been interpreted to be something it isn't and never has been. In the 21st century what is obvious to a blind man is not so obvious to a brainwashed
