My god, I hate the Special Operation characters. I mean, Sean was easy because he stayed in one place and couldn't teleport. But then you have Sonic Machine, Blaze Agent, and Sevil Nahte (HAHA IT'S ETHAN LIVES BACKWARDS HAHAHAHA) who are teleport whores. And there's Andore, but I'll get into him later.

So Sonic Machine. First SO character I ever downloaded and very teleport happy at that. So I fought him with someone who's very fast, agile, and can easily spam to defeat him. Yes, Kagami Kyosuke.
