Tetsu, other than Homer and Peter, has to be YouTube's most famous creation. Created to be an asskicker, it seems like anyone can pick up Tetsu and be awesome with him, and there are those who could possibly be unstoppable with him.

Personally, I don't hold Kakuge Yaro characters in high regard, simply because of the bullshit that happened with Blaque. Here's where the flames come in. I understand that she was only a private character, but it seems like she was mainly created to punish leechers for not doing anything. Sadly, I have nothing to contribute to MUGEN (I tried making a stage and I failed horribly at it, and I do not have the attention span to even start making a character), so I call into this category. Basically, you saw all these YouTube videos XCB and other people like NeoKamek putting out with Blaque in them. I personally didn't care less, but most leechers were wondering when the hell XCB was going to release it. I don't know if he was ever planning it, but eventually, it went the way of Rogue (Who by the way, is STILL not at Random Select, at least not by XCB) and Jill (Who is there) and got leaked, and the entire MUGEN community exploded.

No, seriously. Random Select deleted the Database and took the hosted characters and stages offline for a while, XCB and NeoKamek left the MUGEN scene (Although NeoKamek made a joke character and still occasionally does MUGEN videos) and the other people still pass around Blaque like a used tissue. I've had MANY opportunities to download Blaque, but I've decided not to, much less get flamed for that too if I ever release a Roster Video (which is highly unlikely).

Either way, the Kakuge Yaro characters, starting with Tetsu and recently ending with Reiko by NeoKamek, seemed to be good, and while they are, they aren't worth going through all that shit for.
