I consolidated a few things, tweaked the light effects so you can better match the next button press timing and a few other things.

I put buttons 17 and 29 BOTH on button 17 with a randomizer that switches between the two with every press. The same goes for buttons 21 and 25 applied to button 21.

Tweaked Lights for timing:
Buttons 5 - 12 will scroll twice and when they reach the top after the 2nd scroll, move on to the next button press.

Buttons 33 - 48 will scroll to the top once per press. When the FIRST of the two scrolling lights hit the top move on to the next button press

Buttons 18,19 and 22,23 and 26,27 and 30,31 will scroll to the right twice. When the last light reaches the edge hit the next button.
