It's nearly 5 months since Britain began strikes against Colonel Gaddafi's regime.
It's been a big test for the RAF's newest fast jet, the Typhoon and the teams keeping them running at Gioia del Colle base in Italy.
The UK Air Component Commander, Air Commodore Gary Waterfall, visited British personnel at Gioia del Colle.
He explained how the pilots' missions have changed since strikes began in March.
