This is one of the giant mutant bases and it can be found close to the Dead Sea area, but you can check it out on the map in the video to see where it is. For the most part, it’s just a case of swathing through all the mutant enemies on the way down through the abandoned car park. I’ve shown the location for all of the storage containers and there are 11 here, so it’s well worth taking on. At the bottom you’ll fight Grull the Juggernaut and if you aim for muti skin instead of hitting it in its armor then you should be able to beat it. If you’re still struggling then you need to upgrade your weapons and hit up some augmentation to boost yourself for the fight.
