Ragnarok Online MSP - Sniper - Level Up Milestone - Meta Beta Hat and Meta Beta Glasses
3RO MSP launched a level up milestone event for Transcendent classes. In the event, items are provided to players to help them level up and reach that aura. The two main items are the Meta Beta Hat and Meta Beta Glasses which enables temporary 3rd job skills.
My Sniper was able to use Aimed Bolt Lvl 1 from the Meta Beta Hat and Fear Breeze Lvl 3 from the Meta Beta Glasses.

Enable to use skill [Cart Tornado] at Lv 5
[Assassin Cross]
Enable to use skill [Cross Ripper Slasher] at Lv 1
[Stalker]
Has a chance 7 % to cast Triangle Shot] at Lv7 when doing a physical attack
[High Priest]
Enable to use skill [Duple Light] at Lv.10
[Champion]
Has a chance 5% to cast [knuckle Arrow] at Lv 2 when doing a physical attack
Class Effect will work with High-Class.
Effect will be removed on24 September 2020
