If you never want to play a game front to back again because of large parts of it, is that a good game? I understand that most fan can put up with them the first time around because the story is being told to them in that way, or because it something new and they might be more accepting of it, but if its a "one and done" game, isnt that a bad thing? If it's not fun to play, who cares how "good" the story or character are? At that point just watch a cut scene compilation- - oh wait those aren't cut scenes.
