Raiden II (US Easy Version, Set 1) MAME Gameplay
0A lot of you guys might know already that I've made a video of this, but this was recorded utilizing a MAME32 emulator. This time it has better quality than the previous one I did. I hope you guys will enjoy it.
It was a very great game I played years ago and I was so glad the group tried to update it. Prior to this update, the graphics were crappy, there were no bullets, the ship hardly launch when the game first started...
Raiden II was made by Seibu Kaihatsu in the year of 1993. It is a Two Player Shoot Em Up-- keep in mind that if you press 1P Start with one coin, you will commence the game as the red ship. If you press 2P Start with one coin, you will commence the game as the blue ship. There are 3 powerups: Red = Vulcan, Blue = Laser, and Purple = Toothpaste Laser..? I forgot what that one is called, but if you press the button fast and simultaneously, the purple laser will change forms. Your mission is to dispose of the ultimate alien invasion on planet Earth.
This version of Raiden II is actually a lot more satisfying than the original, in my opinion.
