here it is, the hardest part was figuring out what angle to attack them from, luring them into the lower tunnel worked out nicely, it slows them down when they crawl through and you get a good angle on the spears, this area is the first large tower you can climb when first entering the industrial zone, easiest to get to the tower top from the resting point on my map with 2 blue fruits, but I went the wrong way after I got the mask out of confusion. I noticed that the items that lie about the crest of the tower change every time you die, sometimes there are no spears, sometimes there's a bunch of them, I braught one with me from the hybernation chamber to be sure to at least have 1. For some reason it took a while for them to show up for me, they tend to swoop down and try to catch you for a bit, then retreat to the skies to plan their next attack
