This is as good as I can do with my current skills/knowledge so I'll stop grinding this for now.

Notes on the run:
Movement in general was scrappy in places both with and without the squidcada.

I haven't learnt pole momentum yet so I there is some easy time save at the beginning. My climb cycle was 17 pips which is pretty optimal. I think with a great squid time and better pace 16 pips would be ideal but risky. My squid time here was average I'd say.

I got super lucky the white lizard didn't follow me in industrial.

Chimney pretty standard but I think C07 route could be improved with coyote jump, need to test that.

Wall routing definitely can be improved especially if I learn the vault jump. Rain timer saved me from the white lizard room. I gambled there would be a spear in the echo room and it paid off. From my experience there is a spear there 80% of the time but maybe I'm just lucky.

FP to drainage is normal pace for me. Depths the same, I haven't practiced there much, lower depths is me just spamming jump and throw. This should be improved if I learn and practice any%.
