Once you spawn on defense, just find any two "soft" walls and walk up to them, and face them to be given the "Hold X to Reinforce" prompt. Reinforce two walls to unlock this. A soft wall is any wall that can be shot through or a wall that where a breach charge can be used to get through. You cannot reinforce metal/concrete/brick walls.
