A wipeout style racing game with voxel-based graphics and a limited budget, Thunder Offshore was the last game by Noria Softworks, who Lawnie has played a game from before! This one is decidedly better, but falls flat when compared to the likes of Wipeout, Hi-Octane and Slipstream 5000. Still worth a look and play despite being the lesser son of greater racing sires.
