0Dusting off some old controllers to talk about the new one.
ADDENDUM: I completely forgot my biggest issue with the Xbox Pro Controller - the combination of the metal construction and the "upgraded" joysticks causes a massive side effect- when you let go of the stick to let it go back to center, it has too much momentum because of it's increased mass and not enough spring resistance, so it overshoots the zero point. This isn't that notifiable until you try playing a platformer, and then suddenly when you're trying to do precise movement you find yourself constantly facing the other direction. It's completely unacceptable of any controller for me to have to set large dead zones on the analog sticks right out of the box, let alone a $150 one.
