I'm passionate about this, this needs to get out there. Some Rare Qualities in PMD: Rescue Team DX are trash, and some are stupidly OP. Of course, these qualities are random, so hopefully this list will help you decide whether to keep a Rare Quality, or trash it, given the choice.
It's a shame IQ skills are gone, but, I'm gonna be real, I do like the Rare Quality system better in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX. A lot less grind, for a better, but more limited, reward.
