INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour, (see notes)
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
2 large eggs, room temperature
1 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla Extract
1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
1 cup white chocolate chips
1-2 Tablespoons white or brown Sugar extra for sprinkling, optional
