As we saw at the latter half of last part, this Oltanis is in pretty rough shape. Included in it's dire state is a lightning storm that is raging across the Planet's surface which means we can't take Clank with us. Ratchet is more than capable by himself, but boy do I miss the manauverability that comes with Clank.
