After a quick recap by Qwark, we meet up with Clank who after being kidnapped by the mysterious Zoni in the last game seems to in a form of stasis and at the mercy of Dr. Nefarious. But everything isn't as it seems, apparently the Zoni need Clank to be "Fixed" and have tasked the good doctor with the job. Tired of this arrangement Nefarious decides to go on the offensive attacking the Zoni, but by do so allows Clank to escape... for now.
Meanwhile Ratchet & Qwark are using the information gained in Quest for Booty to track down our little robot friend. But a sudden unforeseen anomaly has caused Aphelion to malfunction, causing them to crash land on a strange Jungle planet where Time seems to be.. Brocken.
