Ratchet and Clank: Up Your Arsenal is the third game in the Ratchet and Clank series, developed by Insomniac and published by Sony for the PS2 in 2004 and remastered by Idol Minds, with assistance from Insomniac. After Ratchet and Clank stopped the protopets from overtaking the Bogon Galaxy, and shamed Quark again, they return to the Solana Galaxy to ally with the Galactic Rangers, Sasha Phyronix, Big Al (the first one to upgrade Clank in the first game), Skidd McMarx, and, of course, Captain Quark, in a war against Dr. Nefarious and his army of robots and tyhrranoids. Just like the previous games, there are a variety of weapons and gadgets that you can acquire and use in the game. There are also new gadgets, like the Nano-pak, which can store extra nanotech that will restore health when low. Also like the last game, you can upgrade your nanotech and weapons by defeating enemies, and there are now four upgrades per weapon. Ratchet and Clank: Up Your Arsenal is available as part of the Ratchet and Clank Collection on the PS3 store for $19.99.
