I'm still not sure what I'm doing with (new) Switch Axe. Disregard the long time spent waiting around to submit the clear time at the end. Steam servers were having connectivity issues at the time (connection lost at 2:24).

Playing Monster Hunter Wilds on PC with an i7-6700K + GTX 1080 Ti while also testing gameplay with "VolumetricFogControl_Enable" in the config.ini set to False. Fully disabling volumetric fog grants a lot of visual clarity and a bump in performance in exchange for losing intended visuals (like black void lighting littering the cutscenes). Wind Simulation was also disabled using REFramework. Texture Quality was also set to High while playing at 1600x900 on a 2560x1440 display with AMD FSR Native AA helping with the dithering.
