RATONHNHAKÉ:TON | Assassin's Creed III | PART 3
12Haytham and Ziio (Kaniehtí:io) developed a relationship and Ziio borne a child of him. But he left her soon as he had the desire of what the Templars always wanted - to control everything. The child is born and raised as Ratonhnhaké:ton (Ra-doon-ha-ge-doon).
One day, while playing with other kids just outside the village, Ratonhnhaké:ton is met with the Templars- Benjamin Church, Thomas Hickey, William Johnson and Charles Lee. They threaten, hurl insults at him and his people before hitting him unconscious. After waking up, young Ratonhnhaké:ton finds his village is burning and runs to his home just to see his mother die under burning rubble.
9 years later, the Clan Mother gives him a crystal ball. And Juno appears and tells him he is supposed to find a man to get trained to fight and stop the Templars in their pursuit as he is the connection to past, present and future.
Ratonhnhaké:ton meets Achilles Davenport, an old retired Assassin mentor. After initial denial, he gets trained by Achilles for six months. He also learns the Templars are his targets and has to kill them...even and especially his father...Haytham Kenway.
Being a Native and to conceal that, Achilles also gives Ratonhnhaké:ton a new name - Connor!
