Ratonhnhaké:ton or Connor spends six more months training his assassin skills under Achilles. He also helps Robert Faulkner in repairing his ship, the "Aquila". Robert offers Connor to go on a short voyage to hire crew and get some cannons and to give a him a taste of the open sea. After returning from the voyage, Achilles finally gives him the Assassin robes and welcomes him to the Assassin Brotherhood.

Desmond sees more of Juno's talking 'ghost' at different places around the temple. She explains in parts what the First Civilization did in order to prevent the solar flare. At one point, he even questions...if Juno's intention are good or evil?
