A standard or CRT TV that accepts S-Video with the expansion pak inserted into the N64. Make sure the screen is displayed on 4:3. You will play at a much higher resolution with an S-Video cable compared with regular composite cable.

Make sure you own a home theater system (5.1 surround sound) or a regular stereo system (2.1). First, set up your receiver as stereo.
