It's pretty tricky to be able to walk underwater and you need a bit of luck, but the jump out of the water is pretty easy. The first cage you can hit from decently far away to hit it and make the Lum fly towards you. I think the camera is a tiny bit more annoying on PC. If you swim too high the camera sticks in front of the ground and if you go too low, you may get back in bounds again. For these things you can mess up for like 2 seconds per swimming section, but you need to be pretty fast and accurate.
