Razer Firmware Issue | Part 2: Initial Support - 2022-06-02
2In this video I talk more about an annoying problem I have with Razer's keyboard and mouse firmware and also about my experience so far with Razer Technical Support. The basic description of the problem is that while my PC is booting up or on the lock screen the keyboard and mouse use the default colour cycle lighting profile instead of my custom static colour lighting profile. The problem seems to be that the firmware needs to communicate with Razer Synapse to be able to maintain a custom lighting profile, whenever it cannot communicate with Razer Synapse, it reverts to its default profile. This should be able to be fixed with a firmware update, but we will have to see if Razer will do this or not.
